Alvin E. Reid, age 82 of Oshkosh, passed away Monday December 15, 2008 at Bethel Home. He was born outside of Omro, WI on April 13, 1926 the son of the late Forrest and Grace (Miller) Reid. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Priscilla Reid, two children; LouAnn (Larry) Covi, and Roxann (Roger) Hendrickson, two grandchildren; Stream Reid-Surroz and Bart Surroz, one great-granddaughter; Sequoia Reid-Surroz, one brother; Merrill Reid and one sister Alice Adkins. Alvin is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Walter and Robert Reid. In accordance to Alvin's wishes, no formal funeral services are being held.
