Obituary
Andrea L. (Fravel) Bielby, age 60, passed away January 22, 2024, in Oshkosh, WI. She was born October 30, 1963, in Wautoma, WI, the daughter of Howard and Rita (Connolly) Fravel.
She was an accomplished classical pianist and flutist. She attended Westfield High School where she played first chair flute and piccolo; UW Oshkosh in the music and liberal arts program; and Berklee College of Music. She taught piano lessons. She was highly intelligent and a gifted musician.
Andrea was a very sweet and kind person who valued her time spent with her family and friends. She kept the time-honored tradition of handwriting weekly letters to them. She was an active member of Pathway Apostolic Church. She lived her life in a thoughtful, faithful way in everything she did.
She was also very precise and would offer her straightforward observations, (especially when we were two minutes late). She enjoyed humorous stories and had a joyful laugh. She will be remembered for having a kind, good and giving heart.
Andrea is survived by a sister, Theresa Brandner; brother, Brian Fravel (Lori); uncle, Pat (Diana) Connolly; in addition to numerous nieces; nephews; and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Fravel; mother, Rita Giese; stepdad, Tom Giese; brothers, Shawn Fravel and Kean Fravel; and grandparents.
Fox Cities Funeral and Cremation Services, Oshkosh, is handling the arrangements. The family will be holding a celebration of life for Andrea in the future.
