Andrew (Andy) Young, 27, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly with his parents by his side on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Andrew was the son of Barbara (B.) Young and David Nesseler. He was born June 5, 1983 in Rock Island, Illinois.

Andy enjoyed reading books, bowling with his friends, music, and taking rides anywhere. Andy was his dad's companion at the races. Andy was a consummate remote control manipulator. Andy's special friends Daisy and Abner always kept their eye on him. Andy was a very special person who illuminated the lives of everyone who knew him. He attended the LSS Day Program at the Oshkosh Senior Center and was a 2004 graduate of North High School in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Prior to moving to Wisconsin, Andrew attended Blackhawk Area Education Center in East Moline, Illinois.

Other survivors include a brother, Nathaniel (Than) of Oshkosh; Grandparents, Jim and Betty Nesseler, and James and Sandy Young; Aunts and Uncles include Holly and Michael Viren, Steve Young & Melanie, Emily and Harold Masengarb, all of Rock Island, Illinois; Jerry Nesseler, Birmingham, Alabama, Susan Nesseler, Sacramento, California, Scott and Karen Nesseler, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and several cousins, great aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The ARC Winnebago County Disability Association of Oshkosh, Wisconsin http://www.arcwinnebago.com/ or Blackhawk Area Education Center in East Moline, Illinois.

Andy will be laid to rest during a private service at Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh, WI. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
