Arline G. (Luedtke) Ponedel-Morgan passed into transition with dignity, and grace on June 5, 2012. Arline was born on February 27, 1929, the daughter of Alfred G. and Amanda (Scheelk) Luedtke in Wausau (Rothschild) WI.
Arline was a dedicated member of the Rosicrucian Order A.M.O.R.C. for over fifty five years.
Arline believed that life was about learning lessons, and that love could conquer all. She was a kind, loving, spirited, independent spiritual woman. She worked hard her entire life and instilled that quality in each of her children.
Arline is survived by her six children; Juliane E. (Ponedel) Schultz, Jonathan P. (Debbie) Ponedel, Joel R. (Vicky) Ponedel, Tracie L. (Morgan) Koral, Tami D. (Morgan) Wolff, and Torrence Morgan. She is further survived by four siblings; Joan (Earl) Sagmeister, Eugene (Arlene) Luedtke, Grace Hunt, and Paul Luedtke, 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, sister in law Nora Leutze, and many nieces and nephews.
Arline was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters; Betty (Joe) Palsiney and Jacqueline Luedtke, brother Alfred "Sonny" H. Luedtke, brother in law Earl Sagmeister, first husband, Robert H. Ponedel, second husband, Richard T. Morgan, four nephews and one niece.
Arline's family would like to extend a special thank you to her long time caregiver Debbie, Home Instead, the fifth floor staff at Theda Clark Medical Center, and the amazingly compassionate staff of Cherry Meadows Hospice.
Arline will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to extend an invitation to celebrate Arline's life, including a service given by the Rosicrucian Order, on July 29, 2012 at Abe Rochlin Park, Oshkosh, from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Lunch and live entertainment will be provided.
