Arthur E. Manning, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. He was born in Adams County on December 5, 1945, the son of the late Earl and Alice (Nelson) Manning. Arthur was well known for being a "Junker." He loved buying and selling things he discovered. Hobbies included playing guitar and fixing cars. Arthur will be remembered for being a gentle man, having many friends, and willing to help anyone.

Arthur is survived by his children: Julie (Eric) Christianson and Joshua Manning; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; step-children: Jason (Brenda) Dagly, Jennifer (Bill) Rice and Jessica Dagly; siblings: Walter (June) Manning, Myrtle Wilinski and Harry (Patsy) Manning; sister-in-law, Mary Manning; former spouse, Eileen Manning; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Earl Manning, Jesse (Judy) Manning, Edward Manning, and Alice Manning; and brother-in-law, Willy Wilinski.

A private family service will take place at a later date.
