Obituary
Barbara L. DeBels, age 65, of Oshkosh died unexpectedly February 12, 2013, at her residence.
Barb was born August 22, 1947, in Chicago IL the daughter of Gertrude and Robert Morrow.
Barb is survived by her brother Tom Collins, her children Lisa DeBels, Bill (Rutsuko) DeBels, and Andrew DeBels. Barb is further survived by her grandchildren Clara and Amber.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday February 19, 2013, at Bethel Home, 225 N. Eagle St., Oshkosh, at 3:30PM with Chaplain Cathie Vander Velden officiating.
