Bessie Burnside, age 86, of Oshkosh passed away due to complications of Alzheimer's on June 15, 2013, at Century Oaks with family and her beloved cat, Willy, at her side. She was born August 5, 1926, in Pontiac, IL. Bessie was predeceased by husbands Melvin Weber and Bill Burnside. Survivors include sister Ruth Weekly; children, Jeanette (Wayne) Larson, Barbara Courter and Rodney Weber. Bessie raised granddaughter Amy (Adam) North-Doty. Grandchildren include: Gary Wiese, Dean (Angela) Wiese, Sandi (Jim) Santiago and David (Jackie) Wiese.
Great grandchildren: Tia Wiese, Joe and Alysa Wiese, Daytona and Mason Flory-Wiese, Ashley and Bryce Wiese and Arabelle and Ava Doty.
