Betty Lou Korinek, age 84, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022. She was born in New London, WI on June 17, 1938 the daughter of the late Lester and Bernice (Williams) Thayer. On August 29, 1959 she married her husband of 63 years, Lawrence Korinek, in Royalton, WI. Betty worked at Morgan Doors for many years. She was known to really enjoy BINGO, puzzles and the occasional trip to the casino. The Packers and Brewers could often be found on the T.V. as she was a big fan. Betty will be remembered for being easy going and the love she had for her family.

Betty is survived by her husband, Lawrence; children: Scott (Patty) Korinek, Sheila (Bruce) Van Pay, Larry Korinek and Sheryl Korinek; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; great-grandson, Talon Zarter; and brother, Bob Thayer.

A visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Fox Cities Funeral and Cremation Services, Oshkosh.
