Carol June Rayson

Carol J. Rayson, 88, passed away in Oshkosh, WI on September 9, 2026. She was born in West Bend, WI to parents, Warren S. and Isabelle A. (Culver) Frank.

Carol loved to get together with family and friends, she would often be found adventuring outdoors, camping and spending time in nature. She also loved to crochet and knit, and watch sports such as baseball, football and basketball. Carol will be remembered for her wonderful outgoing personality and her kind heart. She had a love and compassion for her friends and family and was always there for anyone who needed help.

She is survived by her children, Antonio (Tamara) Gonzales, Bruce Frantel, Billy Frantel and Johnny Frantel; sister, Janet Maltbey; brother, Kenny Frank; and son-in-law, Ralph Carlton; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and lots of other family and friends.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Warren and Isabelle Frank; daughter, Lisa Carlton; sister, Ethel Endermule; and sister-in-law, Lois Frank.

A celebration of her life will be held at Lake View Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Oshkosh on Saturday, September 19, 2026, beginning at 9AM and being held until 10AM, a service will be given at 10AM.
