Dale Richey, age 69, passed away Saturday, November 07, 2009, at his home with family at his side. He was born August 2, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois, son of the late Howard G. and Beatrice Richey. He married Judy Tritt in Oshkosh on February 10, 1969.
He is survived by his wife Judy, daughters Kristen (Paul) Peters, Oshkosh, and Jennifer (Michael) Hammarlund, Rocky River, Ohio. Further survivors include five grandchildren, Airman Kendra Peters, Shepherd AFB Tx; Alex Theis, Akron OH; Gabrielle, Jacob, and Elisa Hammarlund, Rocky River OH; two brothers and numerous extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service for Dale will be held on Sunday December 20, 2009, at 3:00 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church (203 Algoma Boulevard)with Father Steven E. Powers officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
