David James Riley, age 68, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, passed away at Aurora Medical Center on Sunday, January 24, 2016. He was born November 3, 1947, to Donald J. and Dorthy J. (Collins) Riley in Neenah, Wisconsin. David was co-owner and President of RSI Refuse Service Inc., Neenah, Wisconsin, a family owned business. He loved cars, trucks, and motorcycles, especially God Wings. During his lifetime he owned twelve cycles. On September 16, 1989, he was united in marriage to Paula Neubauer Zentner in the Fergus Chapel at EAA, where they met when both worked there. He is survived by his wife, Paula; step-children, David (Amy) Zentner, Lynn (John) Hirte, Kathy (Bob) Borgardt; and eight grandchildren. He is further survived by his mother, Dorthy Riley of Fish Creek, Wisconsin; a sister, Colleen (Gary McNinch) Riley of Appleton and Fish Creek, Wisconsin; two brothers, Tim Riley of Hortonville, Wisconsin, and Gary (Rita) Riley of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin; a niece, Casey Riley of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; an aunt, Verla Jones of Saxeville, Wisconsin; cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by his schnauzer girls, Ellie and Hannah. Preceding David in death is his father, Donald J. Riley, his step-dad, Ken Biebow, grandparents, parents-in-law, Paul and Louise Neubauer, and a sister-in-law, Sandy Riley. As per David's request, he will be cremated with no funeral services. Over fifty people may benefit through his organ, tissue, and bone donation.
