Deborah J. Koch, age 59, of Oshkosh, died Friday afternoon, July 22, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born January 10, 1952 in Oshkosh the daughter of Leslie and Betty Ann (Bricco) Frank. She was educated in the Oshkosh Schools and was a graduate of Oshkosh West High School. Deb married the love of her life, Robert J. Koch, in Oshkosh on June 10, 1972. She worked at Mercy Medical Center for 43 years and in her spare time enjoyed cooking, reading, crocheting and spending time with family.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Michael of Oshkosh and Robin (Michael) Wirgau of Hawaii; granddaughters, Sarah and Summer Wirgau of Hawaii; mother, Betty Ann Frank of Oshkosh; sisters, Kathleen (Bruce) Annis of Oshkosh, Michele (Arlyn) Polar of New London, Marsha (Donald) Peterson of Combined Locks; brother, Scott Frank of Oshkosh; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father Leslie Frank in 2009.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Monday, August 1, 2011 at Lake View Memorial Park Chapel from 1:00 p.m until the time of the Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. William Van de Kreeke officiating. Memorials in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
