Deborah “Deb” Winter, 71, passed away on January 13, 2026, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska, to parents, Richard and Jeanine (Van Toll) Winter on September 9, 1954.
Deb loved to watch hallmark and lifetime movies and attending church. She was a woman of very strong faith. In her younger years she enjoyed painting. She will be remembered for being a very selfless individual, always sacrificing for others, especially making sure that her sons had everything they needed to succeed. Family was her whole world and she loved them dearly.
She is survived by her sons, Justin Winter and Cory (Nicole) Winter; grandchildren, Eli Winter, Declan Winter, Atlas Winter and Ophelia Winter. She is further survived by her siblings, Jim (Valerie) Winter, Mark (Theresa) Winter, Rick (Joanne) Winter and Lisa (David) Bungert; and sister-in-law, Marianne Winter as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Richard and Jeanine; brother, Jeff Winter; and her beloved dog, Cinnamon.
A celebration of life will be held at Batley’s Grill and Bar, 1010 Cameron Way, Neenah, WI, on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 12pm to 3pm.
