Debra “Deb” Jane Tracy, age 76, passed away on February 7, 2026, in Kaukauna, WI. She was born to parents, Russell W. and Beatrice J. (Fakler) Nelson, on August 5, 1949, in Milwaukee, WI. She was one of six children.
After she graduated high school in South Milwaukee, she went on to continue her education in Cosmetology She had a passion for helping others and loved to see them smile by using the skills she learned. She worked for herself and several different companies along the way.
In her free time, she enjoyed the outdoors, gardening. shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for being able to make you laugh and her quick wit.
She is survived by her daughter, Hope (Robert) Houseman; grandchildren, Colin, Callie, Kevin, Cannon, Baily and Levi; sisters, Donna and Cindy; brothers, Russ and Fuzzy (Ginnie); significant other, Bob Kelly; and several other family members and friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Russell and Beatrice; and son, Russell Anthony Tracy Jr.; and one brother, Randy.
A private family gathering will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, please fell free to donate to the family so they may plant a tree with a memorial plaque in her honor.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Paul’s Elder Services- especially Julia, Narcie, Natalie and Stacey; as well as the St. Croix Hospice Team- especially Leah, for their care and compassion given along the way.
