Douglas A. Kamedulski, age 44, passed away on December 13, 2006, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, after a courageous five month battle with cancer. Doug was born May 10, 1962, at Ripon Hospital, to Ray and Shirley (Fietz) Kamedulski of Princeton. He was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Catholic Church in Princeton. He graduated from Princeton High School in 1980 and completed one year of college at UW- Platteville. Doug worked at various stainless steel contractors including Arrowhead Conveyors of Oshkosh, Stainless Unlimited of Omro, and Superior Stainless and Erecting. He had recently started his own business designing programs for building stainless equipment. Doug was proud to be a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners Local 2337. Among the activities Doug enjoyed were hunting, fishing, the Green Bay Packer games, snowmobiling, camping and gardening. His grandchildren were very dear to him. Doug will be missed by his son Benjamin (Kayla), daughter, Tonia (Brandon) Zellmer, of Lehigh,FL, grandson, Tyler Kamedulski, Green Bay, granddaughter, Madison Zellmer, his mother and step-father, Shirley and Loren Feakes, of Wautoma with whom he had made his home since the onset of the leukemia, his sister, Anna (Ken) Klescewski of Danville, CA, and their daughter Carina Rae, his wife Dawn, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Ray Kamedulski, a sister, Barbara Rae, and all of his grandparents. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Doug's name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A special thanks to the nurses and hospice at Aurora, for their gentle care provided to Doug and for the compassion shown to the family.
