Edgar H. Dinger, age 85, of Oshkosh died unexpectedly at his residence on December 22, 2012. Edgar was born in Oshkosh on August 7, 1927, the son of the late Herman and Sylvia Dinger.
Edgar is loved and will be missed by his siblings: Ray Dinger of Oshkosh, Darlene (Max) Miller of Oregon, his children; Stanley (Mary) Dinger of Oshkosh, Raymond ( Mary) Dinger of Oshkosh, Carla( Lawrence) Kinderman of Oshkosh, Charles Dinger of Oshkosh, and Barbara (Jason) Kamine of Oshkosh. Edgar is further survived by his sister in law Belevia Dinger and 9 grandchildren.
Edgar was preceded in death by his wife Leona, his parents Herman and Sylvia, his brother Bill, and sister Betty Jane Kent.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday December 28, 2012, at Fox Cities Funeral & Cremation Services, 3026 Jackson St., Oshkosh from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral service at Noon with Father William Van de Kreeke officiating. Burial at Lake View Memorial Park will follow the service.
