Edward L. W. Jagodzinski, age 83 of Oshkosh, passed away Saturday December 12, 2009 at Northpoint Medical & Rehab.Center, with his family by his side. He was born in Green Bay, WI on May 19, 1926 the son of the late Stanley and Rosa (Doucette) Jagodzinski. In 1951, while living in Green Bay, Edward married Rosemary Busch, and in 1971, moved the family to Oshkosh. Edward proudly served his country in the United States Navy near the end of World War 2 and retired from American District Telegraph.
He enjoyed reading the Bible, antiques and was good with math. Edward is survived by his children; Connie Jagodzinski, Martin Jagodzinski, Steven Jagodzinski, Lauren Bahr, Joseph (Bonnie) Jagodzinski, all of Oshkosh, eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary and two children, Edward and Angela. A Memorial Service for Edward will be held on Wednesday December 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Fox Cities Funeral Home with Reverend Gregory Haugen officiating. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services. The family would like to thank Northpoint Medical & Rehab.
