Elizabeth Jean (Gordon) Price, 87, passed away on June 7, 2026, in Winneconne, Wisconsin at the home of her eldest daughter, where she received wonderful and loving care for 17 years.

She lived a life of strength and resilience; Jean was one of the strongest people we have ever known. After her stroke 22 years ago, she was given ten years to live, yet she far surpassed that with grit, resilience and quiet determination. Her strength shaped everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She shared many joys in her life, such as the scooter rides and walks around the block, puzzles spread across the table, playing cards, little outings that felt like adventures, her deep love for animals and the way she kept showing up for life, even when it was not easy.

Jean is survived by her two sisters; four children; two sons-in-law; two daughters-in-law; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many extended family members. Together they form a full, loving family that carries forward the resilience and warmth she modeled throughout her life.

A life well lived is not measured in years, but in moments shared with those we cherish. Jean will be deeply missed and long remembered.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the ThedaCare Hospice Team, whose compassion and support during her final days brought comfort and dignity.
