Frank J. Burnett, age 49, died peacefully on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Froedtert Heart Hospital in Milwaukee. He was born on May 25, 1970 to Floyd "Bud" and Deeloma Burnett. He graduated from Northland Pines High School in 1988. Following high school, he moved to different locations and made his home in Oshkosh, WI.

Frank is survived by his wife Sheila; stepchildren Kyle, Branden, Andrew, Sierrah, Jorden; step-granddaughter Kaydence; brother, Robert (Carrie) Burnett; niece, Rylee Burnett; uncle, Charles Scroeder; and many other relatives.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Deeloma Burnett.

Frank loved darts, fishing, hunting, softball, and bowling. He loved watching sports and Hallmark. Frank was loving, kind, funny, a great father to his stepchildren and loved them and his granddaughter Kaydence. He loved his family, God and his friends. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. with service to follow on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Zion Lutheran Church, 400 N. Sawyer St. Oshkosh, WI.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
