Frank T. Hayes died Wednesday, October 27, 2004, Son of John and Mildred Hayes,
Born March 15, 1924 in Chicago, Ill. Married Betty Ann Chase Nov. 24, 1950 in Chicago, Ill. He retired from Leach Co. in 1986. Frank is survived by his wife Betty. Abiding by Frank's wishes, Cremation will take place.
There will not be a Visitation or Funeral Service.
