Gaetano A. Verdone, age 56, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. He was born in Racine on January 9, 1965, the son of the late Salvatore and Geraldine (Kapanke) Verdone. Gaetano had a strong faith in God and cherished his membership at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Oshkosh. He will be remembered for being a kind person who never had a bad thing to say to anyone.

Gaetano is survived by his sisters: Frances Wentzel of Aberdine, MD, Cecelia Verdone of Oshkosh, Marcia (Michael) Galligan of Oshkosh, Sandra (John) De Bonis of Racine and Jacqueline (Dale) Anderson of Naches, MS; and seven nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, Daniel Wentzel.

A visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Fox Cities Funeral and Cremation Services.
