Germaine Lois Brunn, age 77 of Oshkosh passed away at Mercy Medical Center on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, with her daughter, Sherry, by her side. Germaine was born on December 20, 1932, the daughter of the late William and Esther (Schuff) Hildebrandt. On September 4, 1954 she married Ervin E. Brunn, and together they had one daughter, Sherry Brunn.

Germaine was a Homemaker. She loved to cook and was always tending to her yard. She enjoyed playing solitaire and working on jigsaw puzzles.

Germaine is survived by her daughter, Sherry Brunn of Oshkosh, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ervin, and one brother, Raymond and sister in law, Nina Hildebrandt.

Funeral services for Germaine Lois Brunn will be held on Monday, October 25, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church, 2580 W. 9th Ave., Oshkosh, with the Reverend Timothy Routh officiating. Family and friends may gather at the church from 9:30 a.m. to the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Germaine will be laid to rest in Ellenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
