Obituary

Glen “Bean” E Billman Jr

Glen “Bean” Billman, age 61, of Neenah, WI, passed away peacefully on December 20th, surrounded by his loved ones, after a long hard-fought battle with cancer.

Glen was born in Fond du Lac, WI, on March 13th, 1964, son of Glen and Sharon Billman. He graduated from Neenah High School Class of 1982. After graduation he quickly found his passion and started working at Essity (SCA Tissue) where he worked for 38 years. He truly enjoyed work every day and gained many great friends from the plant. He also found a passion in working on small engines and had worked/co-owned Evans/Billman’s Small Engines for 20 years. Glen loved exploring the open road on his Harley, working on the pit crews and watching stock car races and tractor pulls. The last few years Glen cherished spending time in Texas with his special friends Tim and Kathy Mueller.

Glen is survived by his daughters, Brittney Billman and Taylor (Quinton) Kautzer; mother, Sharon Billman; brothers, Brad (Sue) Billman, Brian (Linda) Billman, Ron (Gayle) Billman and Les (Pam) Billman; nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Glen Billman Sr.; his grandparents, Robert and Delores Cowling, Clarence and Grace Billman; and his nephews, Taylor Billman and Josh Stueber.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to St. Croix Hospice for their exceptional care and support during this difficult time. A special thank you to Amanda and Amber for their unwavering compassion, kindness and gentle presence. Their dedication brought comfort, peace, and dignity in Glen’s final days, and we are forever grateful for the love and grace they shared with our family.

Per Glen’s wishes we will be holding a Celebration of Life at Lucky Dog’z, 157 S Green Bay Rd, Neenah, WI on Saturday, January 17th from 1pm-4pm. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his honor.

He lived to ride, to roam, to be free,

With steel beneath him and the sky as his sea.

Gone from our sight, but never apart—

Forever riding in our hearts.
