Glen "Glenard" A. Jacob, age 63, of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully at his home on July 23
rd
, 2025. He was born on April 3, 1962, to parents, Stephen and Madella (Schmidt) Jacob Sr., in Appleton, WI.
Glen loved riding his Harley and going for rides with his brother, Bob and buddies, Gerry and "Big Jim". He also loved spending time with his granddaughters. If you broke something, Glen always figured out a way to fix it. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and a conservation patron for many years. Glen was very talented and had many skills from working on a car to building or remodeling.
He is survived by his long-time girlfriend of 17 years, Sue McGuire; children, Christopher McGuire, Samantha McGuire and Rocky Johnson; three granddaughters, Jera, Ariel and Emily; siblings, Stephen T. (Jean) Jacob Jr., Karen (Roger) Byer; Gary (Pat) Jacob and Robert Jacob; bonus daughter, Katrina; very special friends, Jackie Johnson, Butch M. and Gerry C.; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and many friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Stephen and Madella (Schmidt) Jacob Sr.; and sister, Sharon Jacob.
A celebration of life is being planned, please check back another time for more information.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his honor. Cards may be mailed to Fox Cities Funeral and Cremation, 3026 Jackson St., Oshkosh, WI, 54901, in c/o Glen Jacob.
The family would like to thank the ThedaCare Hospice team and Angela Deeg for coming and caring for Glen and the family during this difficult time.
