Gordon A. "Gordy" Wischow, 52, of Beaver Dam, WI, passed away unexpectedly Sunday Nov. 6, 2011. He was born May 7, 1959, in Oshkosh, to Gordon "Red" and Jackie (Doemel) Wischow. On Jan. 17, 2001 , Gordy married Roberta "Bert" Jung. Gordy worked many years in construction, primarily with Gene Griese & Sons. He was currently employed with John Deere in Horicon. Gordy was an avid hunter, fisherman and Chicago Bears fan. His ultimate joy was being outdoors hunting or fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Roberta "Bert"; his step-daughter, Hayley (Christopher) Seymore, San Antonio, TX; his parents, Oshkosh; sister, Pam (Bob) Adair, St. Augustine, FL; brother, Chuck (Polly) Wischow, Green Bay; and nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, at the funeral home. Memorials in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
