Obituary
Hazel "Hazelbae" Rose Lorene Daily-Hart, age 1, passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2025. She was born on March 6, 2024, to parents, Kiara Hart and Aaron Daily in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
She enjoyed dancing and listening to music- especially songs from Yo Gabba Gabba and Rod Wave. Hazel also loved trying new foods and eating spaghetti noodles and pizza at Fazoli's. Her favorite animal was a moo moo cow. She will be remembered for being a "Mommy's girl" and best sister to her three siblings, as well as the baby who never wanted to keep her socks on her feet.
Hazel is survived by her loving mother, Kiara Hart; sisters, Aleena, Avanna and Wy'nter; aunts, Krysta and Katherine; cousins, A'miracle and Emma; as well as many other relatives.
Proceeding her in death was her father, Aaron Daily; and maternal grandmother, Sherri Pelkey.
Per the families wishes, no formal services will be held at this time.
The family would like to thank Shannon Smith, the Aurora staff and nurses (that delivered Hazel at birth), Lorene Corsini (bonus aunt) and other friends and family for all of their help and support along the way.
