Helen D. Alcorn, age 73 of Oshkosh, passed away at home in her sleep on Saturday May 24, 2009. She was born on November 17, 1935 the daughter of Walter Ray Jackson and Dorothy Ella (Metts) Jackson. Helen is Past Worthy Matron of Home Chapter O.E.S. and Past Queen of Sydak Temple107 Daughter of the Nile. She was also a member of Christ's Church in St. Peters, Missouri. Helen is survived by her husband Robert Alcorn, one daughter, Kim (Roger) Hill, one son, Robby Alcorn, grandchildren, Roger Hill Jr., Kris Hill, Jodie Hill, great-granddaughters, Haley and Jenna Hill, and one sister, Juanita Kohler. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Lavern Jackson. A Memorial Service for Helen will be held on Friday May 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Fox Cities Funeral Home. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until time of services.
