Jeff was born on July 20, 1962, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Cedarburg High School. He was a dedicated and hardworking man who spent many years in hands-on trades, including mechanical work and power equipment maintenance. Jeff took pride in his work and the skills he built throughout his life.Jeff will be remembered most for his kindness and willingness to help others. He was the kind of person who would go above and beyond to make sure everyone around him was okay. 

He found great joy in spending time with his family, vacationing with his wife at Silvercryst in Wautoma, Wisconsin, and working on motors. His hobbies included snowmobiling and four wheeling. Most of all, he enjoyed every memory he built with everyone who spent time with him in The Shop.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Marcy; his sons, Tony (Tashina) and Cody (Lana); his five grandchildren, Jett, Brantley, Marissa, Kyle, and C.J.; and two great-grandchildren, Everly and Hudson. 

He is also survived by his father, Wayne Berger; his brother, Kevin Berger (Julie); his sister, Julie Kiefer (Gene); as well as many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Berger.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Holly and Travis Tuttle, as well as the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and all first responders, for their compassion, grace, and dedicated efforts.

A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held on May 2 at 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Circle R Campground, 1185 Old Knapp Road, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54902.
