Obituary
Jill Kuiper, age 72 , passed away September 2, 2024, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was born to Robert and Helen Swartz (Koepke) on July 1 9, 1952 .
She graduated from the University of Oshkosh, Wisconsin a nd started teaching for the Oshkosh School District in 1975. Jill worked as an Elementary School Teacher for 34 years, retiring from Emmeline Cook Elementary in 2009.
On April 10, 1982, she married Daniel L. Kuiper, and he preceded her in death on October 18, 2020. Jill adored her husband of 38 years. They enjoyed traveling to tropical locations and of course to NASCAR. Jill also enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, talking with friends and family, and working on crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her stepdaughters, Jodi (Scott) Holbein and Anne (Tony) DeCosta; six grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren as well as her nephew, Erik Swartz and other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one brother, Jerry Swartz.
Per her wishes, no services will be held.
