John Elmer Benson, age 69, of Oshkosh, passed away at home on Saturday, March 14, 2015. He was born in Sandwich, IL on November 29, 1945 the son of the late John and Elva (Lyle) Benson. He will be remembered by family and friends as being a hardworking and very caring man. He would do anything for anyone. He will be dearly missed by his son, Ryan, and special friend, Val. John is survived by his son, Ryan; other family members, and many good friends. The family will be conducting private services at a later date. "Happy trails to you, until we meet again."
