Karryn D. Becker, age 68, of Oshkosh, died unexpectedly January 25, 2014, at her home. Karryn was born March 2, 1945, the daughter of the late Ralph and Myrel Peterson. Karryn worked various jobs throughout her life, and enjoyed volunteering at the Second Chance thrift store in Oshkosh. Karryn was an avid reader. She also enjoyed gardening and bird watching.
Karryn will be deeply missed by her sisters; Connie (Pat) Kallenbach of Coleman, Corrina (Eugene) Guibord of Milwaukee, Debbie Nowak-Peterson , Lonnie Peterson , Cindy (Jim) Smith, all of Crivitz, Tammy (David) Rabbie of Marinette, Brenda (Rob) Grenier of Marinette, brother Rory Peterson of Crivitz, her children; Peggy (Les) Bowden, of Crivitz, Scott (Khristy) Becker, of Wausaukee, James ( Tonia) Becker, of Coleman, and Kristy ( Richard) Nielson of Van Dyne. Grandchildren; Kayla, Kyle(Kara), and Kodee Becker, Kimberly, Jesse, and Isaiah Becker, and Brandi Bowden. Great grandchildren; Ryott Becker, and Miss Madison. Further survived by her brother in law Bill Kriescher of Peshtigo, numerous nieces' nephews, and friends.
Karryn was preceded in death by her sister, Jennie Kriescher, parents, Ralph and Myrel Peterson, husband, Edwin Becker, and her in-laws Catherine and Lawrence Becker.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday February 3, 2014, at Messar-Roubal Funeral Home, 513 1st St., Wausaukee, WI at 1:00 p.m. until the memorial service at 3:00 p.m.
