Kathleen Lois Turner Boyd


Kathleen Lois Turner Boyd, age 62 of Oshkosh, passed away May 2, 2007,at home with her husband Bob at her side. Kathleen was born in Sea Isle New Jersey, on November 22, 1944, the daughter of Preston and Gladys Henderson Turner. She graduated from Delsea Regional High School in 1963, attended the University of Delaware and received her Masters Degree from Nova University in Florida. Kathleen married Robert Boyd on February 19, 1967. She enjoyed traveling around the country and Mexico, and was an active member of the Red Hat Society in Oshkosh. Kathleen is survived by her husband of forty years, Bob Boyd, two daughters, Rebecca (Craig) Fedewa, and Amanda Boyd, her mother, Dr. Gladys Turner Bork, two sisters, Ruth Ann (Bob) Danley, Patricia (Craig) Bird, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Preston Turner. In accordance with her wishes, a celebration of Kathleen's life will be held at a later date. The Boyd family would like to thank Dr. Dar and staff of the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic, and the nurses of Aurora VNA Hospice for the wonderful care that was given to Kathleen and her family.
