Kathleen "Katy" Lynn Breedlove, age 42, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022. She was born in The Dalles, Oregon on January 24, 1980, the daughter of David and Debra (Willingham) Breedlove. She had lived in many places including: Oregon, California, Arizona and Nevada. She and her family finally settled in Wisconsin in 1996.

Everyone who knew Katy knew that she absolutely loved listening to music. She had a lot of friends throughout Appleton and Oshkosh, and she had a wonderful personality that wasn't easily forgotten. Katy will mainly be remembered for her generosity and always wanting to help others.

Katy is survived by her two children: Destinie Buske and Garrett Breedlove; mother, Debbie Lynn Breedlove; brother, Sean Breedlove; Garrett's father, Luke Kleinke; Destinie's father, Jason Buske; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, David; and beloved dog, Lucious.
