Kenneth Neil Krukow passed away after a brave battle with cancer on June 4, 2015, at Lutheran Homes of Oshkosh, Bethel Home. Born September 9, 1946, in Oshkosh, the son of Marion and Neil Krukow, he graduated from Oshkosh West High School in 1964, where he excelled in football and track. He married Diana Lee Patton on November 26, 1964, and they started their lives together sharing trips, laughs, and good family times. Ken's career was in appliance repair and installation, initially at Kossel's Appliance, then with his own business, and finally at Silica Appliance. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Diana; two sons, Steve (Sandy) Krukow and Scott (Kim) Krukow; grandchildren, Kyle, Adam, Grady, and Melanie Krukow; sister, Jean (Phil) Suess; brother, Dennis (Jo Jo) Krukow; sister-in-law, Jane Goggins. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who loved his dogs, Prince and Molly. After retirement, Ken enjoyed golfing every day he could and never missed a day visiting his wife at Bethel, devoted to her to the end. The family expresses it's thanks to the staff of 1 East at Bethel Home and to Heartland Hospice for their loving care of Kenny in his final days. He felt at home at Bethel and he thought of the staff as a second family. A time of visiting and sharing of memories will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Fox Cities Funeral & Cremation, 3026 Jackson Street, Oshkosh.
