Obituary
Lawrence "Larry" Schroeder Jr, age 74, passed away in Appleton, WI on October 28, 2024. He was born on December 27, 1949, to parents Lawrence "Bud" and Mae Lou Schroeder Sr., in Oshkosh, WI.
After high school, Larry served as a proud member of the Marine Corps. He also obtained a bachelor's degree in political science at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. In his later years, he could often be found at the Winnebago Detachment #347 Marine Corps League and the American Legion and serving as a Chaplin for over 108 funerals or actively volunteering at Church.
He is survived by his children, Paula, Lisa and Renee Schroeder; grandchildren, Myra, Amber, Jaiden and Kialey; 6 great-grandchildren, brothers, Terry Schroeder Sr., Kenneth Schroeder Sr., George Schroeder Sr. and Keith Schroeder; and sister, Stephanie Schroeder; as well as several other friends and relatives.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Lawrence "Bud" and Mae Lou Schroeder Sr.
