Lisa Rae Perkins Steele Washburn of Oshkosh – Lisa was 52 years young. She passed away on May 23, 2018 at 12:20 a.m. She was born on November 17, 1965 in Madison, WI the daughter of Paula Rae Perkins and Edward Lawrence Vanosdol. Lisa worked for many years at WPS in Madison and had made many life-long friends while working there. Lisa is survived by her husband, Joe Washburn; daughter, Lindsie Steele; granddaughter, Peyton Steele; sister, Kelly Brabender; niece, Taylor Easley; a very special cousin, Janet (Steve) Parr; and special family friends: Myrna Geier; Charlene and Larry Miesfeld. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents; and two aunts; Donna DeLong and Sharon Meyer. Lisa loves you all more than life itself.
