Loraine (Lori) A. Kubsch, age 83 of Oshkosh, died Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Bethel Home.
Loraine was born June 7, 1932 in Manitowoc, WI, daughter of the late Rudolph and Agnes Armatowski. Lori was employed with Winnebago Mental Health Hospital as a switch board operator from 1973-1994. Lori was an avid volunteer for the Red Cross and in 1979 was elected chairman. Lori was also a volunteer driver for the Winnebago County Department of Social Services for many years, delivered Meals and Wheels and volunteered for Mercy Medical Center helping with blood drives. Lori enjoyed watching any sporting events and loved the Green Bay Packers. A recent highlight for her was to see Brett Favre inducted to the Packer Hall of Fame!!!
Survivors include one sister, Sister Ruth Armatowski, Brazil; seven children, Mike Kubsch, Oshkosh, Patty (Steve) Burr, Sun Prairie, Mary(Randy) North, Beaver Dam, Cathy Kubsch, Texas, Rick Kubsch , Oshkosh, Lori (Bill) Leo, Colorado, Annie Moore, California and 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Rudolph and Agnes Armatowski and her sister, Janice and brother-in-law Gerald Budnik.
Fox Cities Funeral and Cremation Services assisted the family with cremation arrangements. At Lori's request there will be no formal service.
