Louise A. LeRoy, beautiful mother of Pam (Frank) Mezzano and loving grandmother of Murphie (Derek) Walter and MacKensie Mezzano, passed away on July 10, 2017, with her family by her side. Louise was born in New Lisbon, Wisconsin, on March 21, 1933, to the late Ronald and Elizabeth (Murphy) Raygo. Louise grew up in Marinette and attended Marinette High School, graduating in 1951. After high school, she married Lawrence (Larry) Fronsee and they were happily married until his death. Throughout her life she worked at various restaurants and supper clubs. With each job, came great stories and wonderful memories. One of Louise's happiest times was when she married Darryl A. LeRoy in 1995. She gained the large family that she had always dreamed of with Darryl's children; Shawn LeRoy, Cindy (Mike) Kranz, Tim (Kathy) LeRoy, Zahnel (Chip) Maxey and Dorothy LeRoy. The term "step children" was never to be allowed, they were always referred to as the children. In addition, she was proud of Darryl's grandchildren whom she referred to as her "grannies," Stephanie (Zach), Brendan (Steph), Ashley, Craig, Jared, Sophia, Victoria, Kelly, Jessica, Chase, Chi and her very special great granny, Maddy. Upon her marriage to Darryl, she quickly adjusted to her new position helping with the day to day activities running LeRoy's Cleaners. After retirement, a new chapter opened in her life when she became "Mrs. Mayor," as Darryl was Mayor of Marinette. With that came new adventures, travel and wonderful friendships. Louise will always be remembered as a kind soul and for the love she had for her family. Louise leaves behind her children, grandchildren, one great granddaughter, her sister, Pearl Pichette, whom she always considered her best friend, sister-in-law, Connie Raygo, nieces and nephews. Louise was proceeded in death by her parents, two husbands, daughter, Tina Fronsee, granddaughter, Heather Mezzano, brother, Ronald (Chum) Raygo, brother-in-law, Frank Pichette, Darryl's daughter, Dorothy, nephews, David and Dickie Pichette, and niece, Cindy Raygo. Funeral services will take place at Zion Lutheran Church, 400 N. Sawyer Street in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. A time of visiting and sharing of memories will be held at the church on Tuesday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
