Marlyn "Buzz" Stalker, age 82, of Lomira, died Thursday morning, September 7, 2017, under the loving care of Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac. Born on September 16, 1934, raised in Cambria, Friesland, Wisconsin, the son of Freeman and Eleanor (Sarb) Stalker, Buzz was a long-time employee of Mayville Metal Products prior to his retirement. An avid Chicago Cubs fan, Buzz also enjoyed other sports, farming, gardening, camping, traveling, and being in the outdoors. He also enjoyed historic and natural sites. Survivors include his son, Stephen Stalker of Lomira; his daughter, Carla (Larry) Luedtke of Brownsville, Wisconsin; their mother, Barbara (Donald) Simon of Lomira; two grandchildren, Kalee (fiancé, Mitchel Buss) Luedtke of Milwaukee and Mathew Luedtke of Brownsville; and a sister-in-law, Mary Stalker of West Bend. Buzz was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gerald Stalker. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date at the Community Center in Brownsville, Wisconsin.
