Mary June Miller, age 89, of Oshkosh, passed away at Evergreen Retirement Community on Friday, December 18, 2015. She was born in Oshkosh on June 28, 1926 the daughter of the late Eugene and Laura (Augustine) Hunt. On October 10, 1989 she married Clyde "Pete" Miller. June was a X-ray receptionist at Mercy Medical Center on Hazel St. for 18 years and will be remembered for being a great one. She was a wonderful "people person." June loved to read, complete jigsaw puzzles, flea markets, and being with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends. June is survived by her husband, Clyde "Pete" Miller; Pete (Cindy) Fugleberg, Eugenie (Mike King) Kimball, Mark Miller, and Amy (Jerry) Curti; grandchildren: Sean Wegner, Eric Fugleberg, Zack Fugleberg, Erin (Bill) Howell, Kelly (Scott) Wittnebel, Katie (Edward) Castle, Sara (Fiance, Loren Tiffany) Miller, Steven Curti, Joseph Curti, Madeline Curti, and Melanie Curti; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Theda Hazen. She was preceded in death by her brother, Aaron Hunt; sisters: Irma Weber, Marion Kurkow, and Marvel Schroeder; son-in-law, John Kimball; mother-in-law, Hattie Miller; and June's former husband, Don Fugleberg. The memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2015, at the funeral home, with Rev. Dan Schultz officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
