Maxine Terri Zillges

Maxine “Terri” Zillges, 96, passed away on July 20, 2026, in Oshkosh, WI. She was born in Oak Lawn, Illinois on March 28, 1930.She married Everett Zillges on March 22, 1947, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She worked as a Program coordinator for Evergreen Retirement Community; she also enjoyed quilting and reading books.Terri is survived by her children, Shari (Jim) Englund, Gregg Zillges and Les Zillges; she is further survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Preceding her in death is her husband, Everett Zillges; sisters, Sherri (Roy) Stockwell, Dorothy (Joe) Schulte and Jean (Joe) Gabor; and brothers, Bobbie LaBerdia and Al LaBerdia.Visitation will be held at First Presbyterian Church on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, with service to immediately follow.Memorials may be given to First Presbyterian Church, 110 Church Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54901 in her honor.The family would like to thank Eden Meadows and the whole crew who did an outstanding job of caring for Mom.
