Obituary
Michael 'Mike" D. Moyer, age 77, passed away on June 3, 2025, in Oshkosh, WI. He was born to parents, Clarence J. and Elsie M. (Flitcroft) Moyer, on December 9, 1947, in Wisconsin. He was one of 14 children.
On November 21, 2014, he married Doris Kruse. Together, they blended their families and became one. They were blessed with over 31 years together.
Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping with the kids and going to the casino.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Moyer; 5 children, Cheryl Moyer Blackstone, Rhonda (Scott) Raeder, Dan Moyer, Dennis Moyer and Melody Moyer; 24 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; bonus children, Trina (significant other, Darian) Ochwicz, Jason (Terri) Kruse and Corey (Theresa) Kruse; sisters, Judy Butulia, Janice Stodola, Nancy (Duane) Thomas, Cheryle (David) Lepinsky, Sondra Gretzon and Charlotte Kuehn; brothers, Mark (Connie Phillips Moyer) Moyer and Jim (Sandy) Moyer; mother-in-law, Delores Kruse; sisters-in-law, Denise (Dan) Will and Darlene (Roger) Kruse; brothers-in-law, Rick (Tina) Kruse, Ron (Cindy) Kruse and Randy Kruse; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Clarence J. and Elsie M. (Flitcroft) Moyer; sisters, Phyllis Moyer and Diane (Lee) Asmus; brothers, Westley Moyer, Fred (Mary) Moyer and Jerry Moyer; father-in-law, Ralph Kruse Sr.; brothers-in-law, Ralph Kruse Jr. and Robert Kruse, Duane, as well as many others.
Per his wishes, no formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his honor.
Special thanks to all the nurses and doctors at Aurora and Aurora hospice.
