Michael L. Rogan age 47, of Waupaca, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2004 at Appleton Medical Center after a brief illness.
Mike was born in Chicago, Illinois January 23, 1957, the son of the later jerry and Marie (Thomander) Rogan.
He served in the Army From 1986 to 1989, receiving several certificates of achievement and an honorable discharge. Mike was a carpenter by trade, and loved the accomplishment of turning plain wood into something beautiful.
He is survived by Bonnie Webb, Partner in life; a sister, Kathy (Vince) Nickel; a brother, Tim (Susan) Rogan, Athens, GA; children and step children:
Michael J., Casey, Brittany, Shalanna, Josh, and Thomas. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dan; and a step daughter, Amber.
A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home Chapel in King. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Internment of the cremains will be at Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King.
