Michelle L. Carter-Neal, 30 A Beautiful Daughter, Sister, and Niece


Michelle L. Carter Neal age 30 of Appleton, WI. formerly of Rockford passed away unexpectedly Friday April 20, 2012 at 2:50 pm. Born July 22, 1981, in Rockford the daughter of Dannie Carter and Terry Neal.
Michelle was a free spirited, fun loving, outgoing person. She loved music, art, writing poetry and the outdoors. Those who survive to cherish her memory include: Son Preston Ross, Father Dannie Carter, Brothers Daniel Carter, Dan (Amy) Wolf, Todd (Wanda) Wolf, Michael (Jodi) Wolf. Sisters Christine (Russ) Beaty, Cheri (Scott) Kempthorne, and Amber Suprenant. Further survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by Mother Terry Neal and loving grandparents.
A private family memorial service will be established.
