Obituary
Noel Algermont Puestohl, age 74, passed away on August 11, 2025, in Oshkosh, WI. He was born to parents, Noel Algermont and Ann (Buckway) Puestohl Sr., on May 19, 1951, in WI.
After high school, he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He married Diane Bremer, on October 12, 1974, in WI. Together, they raised two children.
When he returned to civilian life, he was a machine operator in a local sawmill. In his free time, Noel loved spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Puestohl; children, Alex (Faith) Puestohl and Amanda (Scott) McBriar, grandchildren, Collin and Callie McBriar; as well as several other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death was his parents, Noel Algermont and Ann (Buckway) Puestohl Sr.; and his brother, Gary Puestohl.
A private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his honor.
The family would like to thank the staff at Compassus Hospice and Mercy Medical Center for their care and compassion.
