Norbert Soda, age 69, died on July 5, 2004 at his home in rural Princeton.

He was born on April 24, 1935 in Princeton the son of Joseph and Magdalene (Wozniak) Soda.
Norbert married Patricia Yagler on September 12, 1959.
He was employed at Speed Queen in Ripon until his retirement.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Princeton.

Norbert thoroughly enjoyed playing cards, and will be best remembered by family and friends for always wanting to "Play a Game."

Survivors include: his wife Patricia; children, Mark (Angie) Soda and Jeff (Colleen) Soda of Oshkosh and Pamela (Alan) Costello of Germantown, NY; grandchildren, Cassie and Dustin Soda, Laura, Emily and Rachel Costello and Julia Soda. His mother in law Mary Yagler, Four Brothers: Victor (Karen) Soda, Ernest (Sandy) Soda, Donald (Juanita) Soda, Raymond (Joan) Soda. Seven sisters; Genevieve Feldt, Frances Darnick, Angeline Chikowski, Helen Kautzer, Mary (George) Korleski, JoAnne (Jerry) Szweda, Delores (Phillip) Hoopman. Three sisters in law; Marianne (Ray) Kraft, Joan (Raymond) Soda, and Doris Wallace.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Debra and Jane Soda, his parents, his father in law, Roman Yagler, one brother; George Soda, and five brothers in law; Floyd Feldt, George Darnick, Edmund Chikowski, Wayne Kautzer, and Robert Hesslink.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on July 8, 2004 at 6:00 pm at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 1211 W. Main St., Princeton.
Visitation will take place at the church from 3:00 pm until the time of The Mass.

The family of Norbert would like to express sincere thanks to St Agnes Hospice Hope, especially Barb and Mary, for the wonderful care they provided to Norbert.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
