Paul Arnold Michael, born to life on February 1, 1936, born to new life in Christ on October 17, 1983, was born to eternal life on August 8, 2025, in Neenah, WI, at the age of 89, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Cambridge, MA, on February 1, 1936, to Robert and Veronica (Campbell) Michael. After high school, he served in the National Guard from January 1955 to 1962. On July 24, 1971, he married the love of his life, Jean Larson. Together they happily raised four sons and a daughter.
Paul had a zest for life and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, boating, and golfing. He also had a deep love for horses. But most of all, he cherished his family and found joy in working in God's world.
Paul was always ready to help or teach anyone he met, opening his arms wide with a heart full of kindness. He had a special affection for children, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; the church, especially his church family; and all of God's people.
Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jean R. Michael; and his children, Paul J. Michael, David A. (Faith) Michael, Gregory S. Michael, Justin C. (Nancy) Michael and Debra A. (Gavin) Weimer. Paul also had nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Fox Valley Church, located at 1200 W. Kimberly Ave., Kimberly, WI. Visitation will take place from 10:00
am
to 12:00

, followed by a service at Noon. His final resting place will be at Nicolet Memorial Park Cemetery, Green Bay, WI.
