Ray Maroszek, 89, of Neenah, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026.
Ray was the definition of a good man. He had the biggest heart, the sweetest smile and a gentle spirit that made everyone feel welcome. His kindness was quiet but constant and he was always there when you needed him.
Ray was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather whose greatest joy in life was his family. He shared a lifetime of love and unwavering commitment with his beloved wife of 64 wonderful years, Mary Ann.
An engineer by trade, Ray, was in his realm when he was building, repairing or figuring out how something worked. There was very little he couldn’t fix. Whether it was a machine, a household project or helping someone solve a problem, he approached everything with patience, determination and thoughtfulness. Family and friends knew they could always count on him.
Ray is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann; his children, Jeffry and Lisa; his grandchildren, Brett, Sarah, Christian, Jonah, Darion, Liam and Rheya; and a great grandchild, Adalynn, along with many other family members and friends, who will cherish his memory forever.
To us, Ray was our Iron Man. His strength wasn’t measured only by what he could do with his hands, but by the quiet courage, unwavering love, and dependable presence he gave to those around him. He taught us the value of hard work, genuine love, and putting family first.
