Ricky "Rick" Roger Cavanaugh, age 71, passed away with his family by his side on March 1, 2024, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He was born to parents, Donald and Marian (Frey) Cavanaugh on January 22, 1953, in Wisconsin.
