Rob Roy Neideffer, age 78 of Chilton, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at Chilton Care Center. He was born in California, on February 26, 1927, the son of the late Raymond and Mabel Adams Neideffer. Rob fancied himself as a pilot, an engineer, a photographer, a musician, an avid reader, and enjoyed building remote controlled cars and airplanes. He was a collector of many things, a loving grandfather, generous dad, and appreciated all things that were esthetically pleasing- from things that sparkled to soft, fuzzy lap cats. A single man until his 40's, he married Lydia Hurlbut and helped her care for her six children.
Survivors include his daughter, Robin (Lee) Hidde,of Brillion, one granddaughter Lily, and is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Curt Neideffer. A small Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2005 at 3:00 PM.
